YoYo Return Policy

Any YoYo item can be returned within 14 days of purchase in its original packaging & condition without wear & tear.

1 year warranty against any and all manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover wear & tear, mishandling or improper use & storage.

We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label if the product is defective or we have failed in some way.

If you have simply changed your mind and no longer wish to keep the product then you will have to pay the return shipping. 


YoYo Shipping Policy

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package. Some orders will ship in multiple boxes and each box will have its own unique tracking number. 

YoYo Mat In stock products will ship within 24 business hours to US customers. For orders placed outside the US, please allow up to two weeks for arrival of your package(s).
